(Side note) Might not need to edit this at all and just make a separate mailchimp or other emailing thing where they can type up customize messages for the 3rd level of access by just having them have a requirement to type there email again and then type a message.
Or to where it has the ability to simply enable itself to where it fills all the information automically with there ip address (Complicated)
